The following field activity is underway for bridge replacement construction in both Rumson and Sea Bright. These activities will continue in the coming weeks:
- Implement vibration monitoring surveys (property owners within 300’ to receive letters)
- Install vibration monitoring devices
- Implement tree protection and removal plan
- Install construction signage & variable message signs
- Movement and set-up of construction equipment and materials
- Install open wire fencing around project area work sites
- Install wooden stockade fencing near West Park playground
A separate Travel Advisory page will be added to the main menu bar to inform the public of vehicle, pedestrian, bicycle, or marine travel changes.
