As of 6 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, it is anticipated that the channel below the Rumson-Sea Bright Bridge will be open at half width (37.5 feet) with the eastern half available for marine travel.
Dates are subject to change based on weather conditions and production factors. Any schedule changes or impacts to river and roadway traffic will continue to be posted to the Travel Advisory page of this website.
The US Coast Guard (USCG) approved the Fall 2024-Spring 2025 schedule for full and half channel closures necessary for installation of the new bridge spans. Please see the Public Notice Update – 11/8/24 for anticipated full and half closure dates.
